Auger Repair Hub for 2 7/8″ Tubing For Sale

The heavy-duty repair hub is forged and intended to be welded onto 2-7/8″ heavy-walled tubing, and the Auger Repair Hub for 2 7/8″ Tubing. It has a multi-hole design with holes that are 3/4″ and 5/8″. Eterra, Danuser, McMillen, 2 man auger, 2 man post hole auger and other models fit the hole patterns. Our design is distinct because it incorporates a wave pattern for the tubing to be welded to.

If you examine your failing hub, you’ll notice that most of the breaks (2 man auger rental, 2 man auger for sale) are straight lines. Our method of welding results in a longer welded surface and a curved line because it is done along a radius. It results in a significantly stronger thrust and helps to lessen the tensions that arise during drilling.

Important Notice

These are the industrial hubs that are utilized in the production of augers. To make our augers, we employ strong wall tubing with an OD of 2-7/8″ and 1 2 auger bit. This dimension has never been important because we have been selling these as repair parts. We’ve learned that some are constructing their augers or extensions with these. If you choose to do so, you must comprehend the distinction between Pipe and tubing. 2 wood auger bit, Pipe is measured in ID, while tubing is measured in OD. Attempting to utilize regular Pipe will result in two problems:

1. The Pipe will most likely break because it will be much weaker. Should this problem occur, Skid Steer Solutions cannot be held accountable.

2. The Pipe may not fit correctly because of its differing outside dimensions.

You solely bear the risk for the caliber of the welds you do. To reduce damage and downtime, we advise you to collaborate with a skilled welder of this product. Once more, we disclaim any liability for problems arising from the use of this product or its fabrication into a final product.
